靈光捕手 Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-29
靈光捕手 is a private visual inspiration library for saving text, Markdown, notes, code, local voice memos, and ideas copied from other apps, clipboards, and native share sheets.
Your ideas belong to you. The app is designed local-first by default: private content is stored on your device unless you explicitly export, import, or share it through operating-system actions.
Summary
- The app does not create user accounts.
- Private inspiration is stored on device by default and is not uploaded to this publisher's servers.
- The app does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or remote logging.
- Snippets, tags, code blocks, voice memo metadata, capture events, and settings are stored in Local SQLite on the user's device.
- Voice memo audio files are stored in the app's document directory on the user's device.
- Export and import are user-controlled JSON file actions.
- The free 10-record limit is calculated on device. Records in Trash count, and Delete Forever releases a slot.
- Apple processes purchases and subscriptions. The app does not send transactions, payment details, ideas, or voice memos to the developer's server.
Data Stored On Device
The app stores the following data locally:
- Snippet content entered manually, read from the clipboard, imported from JSON, or received through the system share sheet.
- Derived snippet metadata such as title, preview, content hash, source kind, word count, character count, detected code language, and whether code blocks exist.
- Tags assigned by the user or suggested locally by the auto-tagging logic.
- Extracted fenced code blocks for rendering and copy actions.
- Local voice memos attached to a snippet, including duration, file URI, file size, creation time, and a user-defined name.
- Local settings such as language, visual style, and clipboard reminder preference.
- Local capture events used only for in-app duplicate handling and diagnostics.
This data remains on the user's device unless the user explicitly exports or shares it.
Clipboard And Share Sheet
Clipboard reads happen only while the app is in the foreground:
- On app open when the clipboard reminder is enabled.
- When the user taps the clipboard/read action.
- When the user opens Capture and no share text was already provided.
Native share sheet text is consumed only when the user explicitly shares text or a URL into 靈光捕手.
Voice Memos And Microphone
Microphone access is requested only when the user chooses to record a voice memo. Recordings remain in the app's document directory on the device. The app does not upload, transcribe, analyze, or remotely store voice memo audio.
Export And Import
Export creates a JSON backup file in the app cache and opens the operating system share sheet. The user chooses where that file goes.
Import reads a user-selected JSON backup file through the document picker. The app previews the number of snippets in the selected backup and asks for confirmation before writing to SQLite. Duplicate active snippets are skipped.
Trash/deleted snippets are not included in JSON export.
The current JSON backup contains text snippets, categories, and related metadata. Voice memo audio files are not included.
The free tier can keep up to 10 total records, including Trash. Import checks the remaining capacity on device. Pro removes the local record limit; neither the backup nor its record count is sent to the developer's server.
Purchases, Subscriptions, And Restore Purchases
On iOS, Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple processes payment methods, billing, renewals, refunds, purchases, and subscriptions through the App Store and StoreKit.
The app reads available products and the current entitlement directly from StoreKit to decide on device whether to remove the free 10-record limit. The app has no developer payment server and does not send StoreKit transactions, payment details, Apple Account information, ideas, or voice memos to the developer's server.
Restore Purchases can restore Pro access for the same Apple Account. It restores the purchase entitlement only: it does not create an in-app account or restore, upload, transfer, or sync snippets, categories, backups, or voice memo files. Content remains separately in Local SQLite and the app document directory on each device.
Data Deletion
The app supports soft delete to Trash, restore from Trash, Delete Forever from Trash, and Reset Local Data from Settings.
Delete Forever removes the selected snippet and its attached local voice memo audio files. Reset Local Data removes local snippets, code blocks, voice memo rows and audio files, tag assignments, capture events, and non-default tag state. Default system tags are recreated.
Network And Third Parties
The app does not make network requests for snippet content and does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, cloud databases, crash reporting, or remote logging.
Apple's StoreKit and App Store services perform the Apple-side communication required to display products, purchase, manage subscriptions, and restore purchases. The app does not forward those transactions to the developer's server.
System services may still be involved when the user chooses operating-system actions such as sharing an exported JSON file, selecting a document to import, or sharing text into the app.
